Needles

Bit of a drug mention in this description, just a warning

I use the syringe heavily in L's backstory. Since his stomach was in pretty horrible conditions during the last 3 years of his (first) life, L took a lot of life-saving drugs and his pain killers via needle, and its one of the few aspects of hospital life he doesnt come to fear upon being revived as a companion. On the other side Cousin(the antagonist) was killed with an injection.
The conotation of the needle switches around after the two of them are dead and revived as companions. L, thoug he still craves the pain killer, is adversely effected by it, but his habits keep him on it. On the other hand Cousin needs the syringe because of how he regains his humanity, and he spends a significant period of time actively wanting and looking for one.
